Mailmate, Ltd. ("mailmate", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the personal data we process in connection with our services.

Data We Process

Operator account data: Name, email address, company details, and billing information for operators who access the mailmate control plane.

Tenant sending data: SMTP transaction logs, delivery status, bounce records, and message metadata for transactional email sent through the relay. We do not store email content beyond what is needed for delivery and debugging.

Usage data: Platform usage statistics, API call logs, and performance metrics.

Legal Basis (GDPR)

• Contract performance: Account management, billing, and service delivery
• Legitimate interests: Security monitoring, abuse prevention, platform improvement
• Legal obligation: Compliance with applicable law

Data Retention
